We arrived back Sunday 12 Feb from this hotel. We had an excellent week. As much food and drink that you could eat and drink, some nights there was a theme night. Recommend this hotel to anybody.

Just back from hell. worst hotel i have ever stayed in it does not deserve 3 stars . very little choice of food and always cold and rooms are cold and you have to pay for all services and you have to make your own beds as well, save your self the pain and book another hotel as i could not wait to get home.

Firstly can I say we nearly didnt book this hotel due to some of the reviews we read before hand. Being honest, I do not see what anyone would have to complain about when it comes to the food - I, myself am a fussy eater and I had no problem with getting something to eat - in fact I found myself trying new food just because it was there! Admittedly the snacks available in the pool bar were repetitive, but if you ate in the main buffet restaurant, you wouldnt have needed to snack during the day. The self service ice cream was great for our 3 year old who thought she was working in an ice cream shop every time she went in. Plenty of drinks (alcoholic and non) all day and no restrictions on how many drinks you could get at the one time. The pools were cold, but then again the weather was cold also - we found ourselves heading to be beach most days as the water was warmer - great toilet facilities at the beach but just make sure you take toilet roll with you.

We had a great time here (despite the weather) and would definately recommend to others. All I can say about those who did not rate this hotel is they must be used to some serious luxury and 5 star gourmet meals at home!!!

new reception area is lovely and thought things were looking good...arrived at 2130 and was told restaurant closed ..very poor snacks left....food very samey and overcooked! couldnt find a glass in restaurant all plastic cups..drink very cheap and seemed watered down and not drinkable. if u wanted a drink in your room u had to hire a kettle or go to pool area and get 1. no lifts at all and no one to help you find rooms or help with cases
we went all inclusive but ended going out for meals
can be very noisy
wouldnt go back even if i had my children with me

if it was summer you could take advantage for the pool area as that was the best part but be warned theres no air con!!!!!
