Enjoyed my time here close to the beach. Accommodation was clean and adequate, staff very efficient and friendly. Was not overly impressed with the food and ate out a couple of times was put of by some raw chicken i was given and fatty cuts of meat. I am not a fussy eater but seriously would not rate the main meal. .i think kids who do not have an adventurous appetite would struggle here. However was a good safe location. Infirm people might struggle with all the steps. Close to shops. Complex shop very expensive for things like water. 90% of clients were German and very few kids which may have been the reason there was little choice at time I stayed for kids. Location

I've booked the apartment in this hotel, and, when I came, I was given an apartment in 1st block (it has a kitchen, and separate bedroom). The kitchen has no teapot and any kitchen utensils, so you will have no any chances to have a tea or coffee in you room. Also the balcony is opposite to Zoo and a road, so it could be very noisy. I asked to change the apartment to more quiet one, and the Mr.Bart (he is a Manager of the hotel) gave me the room in 5th block. It is better one, the usual hotel room, but more modern and more clean. The shower was broken, but it is a problem of each hotel room. The most awful thing was that the cleaning started at 5 o'clock at the morning and I could not sleep without my ear-plugs, because of the terrible noise from the corridor. The food was very poor and badly prepared. At the end of my stay they started a repair of the big one restaurant, and we were transferred to the very small one. Also they exclude the grill from the menu, that made the dinner very poor.
The pool area is very quiet and good, so I used it every day. I bring my own towel from home, but they give you towels with some money deposit. The locker (safe) in your room is also can be used only after deposit 20 euros at the reception.

We have stayed on Fuerteventura 12 times now and this hotel is the best one we have stayed at. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There are a lot of stairs around the resort or you can use the ramps that are at the side of them all.

The Staff were all very friendly and if you made an effort to try to speak to them in a little language they would make the effort with English

Food was of good quality and there was plenty of choice even the most fussy person would be able to find a nice meal.

Bar service was quick and friendly

The two animators worked hard with rifle shooting archery schoolen and many other games.

The evening entertainment was much the same as other hotels with the snakes and parrots. However the live artists were very good.

In all a very good experience.

I booked my holiday early november and paid for a side sea view, on arrival at the hotel, staff were very friendly, hotel very clean and staff busy with xmas decorations going up. Got to my room, very nice, clean and exactly what i'd paid for, over looking the pool and sea view. The restaurant was nice and the food excellent. Prodominantly German speaking guests but everyone very friendly. Can't fault anything,I was on my own, felt very safe and had a lovely week.
