Our room was one of the swim up maisonettes and it was the best room I have ever stayed in.
The view was amazing.
The staff in this hotel could not have been better, especially Matre De and Edmond.
Very polite, very friendly, and very attentive, they even gave me some eye drops when I mentioned my eyes were sore.
The main pool was a bit rubbish but we were able to use all the pools in all the other 3 hotels so we were never bored of pools to go to. We found the Norida to be our favorite pool through the day as it was really lively and we could get drinks and sandwichs etc from the bar. There was also a beach bar at the bottom of the Norida where you can get drinks and hotdogs. Dont ask the old guy for a milk shake though if you are over 7 years of age or he may bite your head off. He was definitely the rudest member of staff we came across within the whole complex.
We ate at 2 of the restaurants, the Greek and the Chinese. The Greek restaurant was brilliant but the Chinese was not so good. These are 15euros each for the adults but children are free.
They also have a sister hotel in Kos town where we could use our all inclusive bands if you let them know before hand.

Well what can i say i stayed at this hotel 01/08 October and had a brilliant time. I travelled with my 20 yr old son who wanted a quick break before returning to uni. We arrived late and were shown to our room we were amazed to find we had our own pool, but were even more amazed in the morning to wake up to the beautiful views i could not believe our luck absolutely fantastic!! I would just like to say the Manager and all staff at this hotel are brilliant such a warm friendly atmosphere special mention to Edmond the night barman. The weather we were lucky was sunny all week so we went to the beach most days there is a beach hopper and the guy who drives you there is a graet character so funny and i would recommend you take the hopper as its quiet a walk back up the hill especially in the heat. We did go in the pools they were salt water but the one with the childrens slides is not so we gave this one a go as well. You can get towels at reception for a deposit of 10 euros which u can exchange for clean ones or you get your money back when you return the towels. They have a bus service to the town which is very good runs every day and you can get the timetable from reception you just tell them the time you want to go and they give you a ticket to give to the driver when you get on the bus.
The food is excellent you will be hard pushed not to find something to eat, freshly made pizza. Lots of choice and different food every day i really enjoyed the food hence the diet now. Drinks at the bar very good again i can not complain and were allowed more than one any time you wanted, they have a list of cocktails and we had fun trying them all. The drinking area is lovely to sit out on of a night and watch the moon go down with the views, we met alot of people here and they were all so friendly i really did not want this holiday to end.
We went on a fishing trip and really did enjoy the day out, you can book different trips like going to Turkey for the day which we never did and when we spoke to people they said they wished they never but i cant really say as i never went. Also we never caught any fish on our trip haha!!
I don't want to go on and on but would just like to say if your thinking of booking this hotel just do it because you will have a brilliant time like i say the staff at this hotel really do make your holiday so much they are a credit. If i was to have a moan it would only be that there is no cash machine at this hotel and if you can say thats a moan well that would be the only one because everything else was great and i cant wait to go back next year........If i have missed anything or you would like to know anything feel free to message me.

Me and my husband stayed and this hotel and thourhht it one of the best hotels we have stayed in the food was out of this world. The staff at the hotel were always happy to help with anything you asked them we would defintely go back there again.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel end of September 2011. This is a lovely clean and tidy 4 star hotel. The room we had was fairly modern and exceptionally clean. The hotel is situated in a village with 3 other Mitsis chain of hotels.
The food is fantastic for an all inclusive holiday. It is of good quality and plenty to choose from, of course it does get repetative but with a big choice dinner was always great.
The hotel is situated on a hill as are the other hotels. It doesnt take long to walk to where you need to go and there is a beach hopper trolley bus which operates every half hour for free (or you can take the 15 minute walk) The beach has a new bar offering all inclusive drinks and the pedalos and canoes are free.
As the hotel was quiet this time of year the evening entertainment was combined at the Norida beach Hotel a few minutes walk away and we were allowed to use our All Inclusive bands at the 5 star hotel bar.
There is also a free hotel bus into Kardemena at selected times, we used this a lot and it was a nice touch to the all inclusive package.
Overall i would go back to this hotel again and definately recommend it for families and couples. Unfortunately we did not get upgraded to one of the swim up pools but worth asking when you arrive.
