This is a B&B with only one bedroom and a guest room all to yourself. These may have more square footage than your house. It's not actually that difficult to find (on the right map, it's quite logical) but the nearest village has no facilities and Llandeilo is 20 minutes away by car. The drive is a stony track which we successfully negotiated in a lowish sports car in torrential rain, but I think we caught the exhaust once on a bump.
Breakfast uses really good ingredients and is served in a very nice dining room. The owners are very friendly and helpful (they're actually English although it's a very Welsh part of Wales) and we were given tea and cake on arrival and on the Sunday evening when the weather closed in.
Highly recommended although be prepared to travel a bit to find an evening meal. The Plough north of Llandeilo was perfectly acceptable and there are Indian restaurants and a chippy in the town centre. Although we didn't go there, Camarthen is almost as quick to get to and will have the most choice.
