A friendly family run restaurant hotel. Had a good size room with a lake view. It was rather basic, but clean. Private parking on site. We had dinner in the restaurant and were very surprised at the big portions - so much, it was rather overwhelming! A good selection of food for breakfast. All in all a pleasant stay.

Bad service of the hotel, continued with bad conditions in the room itself, which created the worst staying ever! oh, and this is after we've been "upgraded" to a "deluxe" room.
We traveled in italy for three weeks, while ordering hotels one-two days in advance via the net each time and this is the only hotel which i practically hated to be in. there were no hotels in the Garda area, so we took this one, which was relatively expensive to other 4(!) starts best western hotels which we stayed in our trip. "Parking (free)" published by the hotel meaning, small parking at the front of the hotel, available on a free basis. Of course the parking was full, so the lady at the front desk told us to search for parking on the road. it took us few minutes to find a spot. This time... when i told the lady that this is not "Parking (free)" as published she yelled at me and started arguing with me. When i finally said that i just wished to receive the room and that's it, she said that she upgraded us to a "deluxe room" in the new building, but she need to re-think it. We eventually entered the "deluxe" room, which was above the kitchen with strong sea food smell all the time (free), we saw a simple room, with a bath which was probably designed and decorated in the 50th. The saga continued. It was extremely hot in the room, and the air condition hardly chilled. we preferred to stay with the windows open, and it was extremely hot outside. on the second day. When we asked the guy at the desk to bring new towels, as we noticed that they did not replace the old ones (which we used for the beach), he told us that they replace towels only every two-three days. same with sheets... I think that's reflects the services of the hotel.
BTW, the breakfast can be taken outside at the Teresa, but you have to bring it out and back BY YOURSELF while crossing a road carrying plates in your hands, instead of placing the breakfast table outside.
oh, and the "internet (free)" is not in the rooms... of course...

OMG. The restaurant was fantastic. We've been in Ireland, France and Italy for over 3 weeks and this was the most fabulous meal we've had. Fish, fresh, mussels, spaghetti - just beautifully cooked food, sitting outside about 10 feet from the shoreline of Lake Garda. Spacious room, fabulous hosts, we could not ask for more. yes, we recommend it. Just go. Comfy bed, lots of towels, beautiful view, right on the water, great help from the owners on where to go and what to see... just go.
