Good hotel, helpful staff. Restaurant fairly basic, as are the local bars/restaurants. However, the local places serve good Tapas at a very reasonable price. It is worth ordering several tapas rather than a full meal.
The bus to the city centre took around 20 minutes and cost 1.35 euros(single journey ticket available on bus), and drops you off at the gates of Maria Luisa Park, and very close to Plaza Espana. You get the return bus from the stop where you get off. The timetable at the bustop was incorrect. We were at the bustop at 9.45am, and the first bus to arrive was at 10.55am on the first day and 11.04 am on the second. Likewise, on our return journey, we waited approximately an hour at the bustop before a bus arrived. We travelled midweek. Perhaps the tourist office could give a more accurate timetable.
We parked free of charge at the front of the hotel. Also plenty of parking around.

This hotel is 8km out of the city. Huge dissapointment. I blame flight centre and will never use them again.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel because it was recommended by friends in the area. The location is great. It is a short trip to Seville by car or by bus which picks up right across the street. The staff was friendly and helpful. I spoke broken Spanish, they spoke broken English... we were able to communicate as needed. We had only one gripe and that is that the walls seem thin and you can hear the people next to you and above you. Also, the elevator quit the night before we left and we had to carry our bags down the stairs. If I had asked, the gentleman at the counter probably would have done it though.

There is a supermarket and some places to eat right next door as well which is helpful... hotel food and drinks can get expensive.

Overall, it was perfect for our trip and the price was reasonable.

This is a great hotel, in a great location. In fact for those who love to shop it is paradise as it's right across the motorway from Sevilla Factory which is a large outlet mall housing lots of Spanish and European high street stores at great discounts. The hotel is situated in Dos Hermanas and is only a short 8KM taxi ride from Sevilla city.

I visit this hotel quite a bit and have never had a bad experience. The staff are extremely helpful and never forget a face (or a drinks order). The food in the restaurant is nice but if you are looking for something a little more authentic I would recommend dining in one of the cafés across the road, particularly for breakfast. Breakfast for two people, consisting of coffee and continental pastries is €4.50, which is fantastic value.

A great hotel, I will continue to stay here on my trips to Seville. However, be advised that Seville can get EXTREMELY hot as it is inland and while the hotel does have a pool it is, to my knowledge, only open June - September.
