We stayed for 10 days and didn't want to go. Hoping to come again soon, regards the Savages

We stayed at Grande Florida Resort and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Its very convenient to everywhere that we go to. We have stayed here 2 times before, and we have booked another holiday in June. We will always come back here to stay on the Gold Coast. Highly Recommended.

I stayed at this resort with a group of 6people for 7nights over the Christmas and New Years break and it was a very disappointing stay.

We drove from Sydney and on our first day, we got here few hours before our actual check in time, and we made the receptionist aware that we were here early and to simply let us know once the room was vacant. When we checked in, our room was still been cleaned and we had to tip toe around the cleaning lady as she was still vacuuming and mopping our floors past our checking in time even though they were told 6 hours prior that we were eaggerly waiting to check in.

Our apartment had blue walls which looked like something from the 80s. It was flithy,our couches had stains and the place smelled terrible!! I suffer from allergies and it made it very unbearable for me as the place was extremely dusty. On occasions we were woken up at 7am by the garbage truck which was extremely loud.

The location is horrible unless you have a car and you can drive your self to places. But if you're looking to be at a central location for a great time then I would recommend that you DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

I definitely would not be recommending this place to anyone.

Our family loved every minute of our stay. The girls loved the pool and the short walk down to the beach. The unit was very well equipped for all our needs and the facilities throughout the resort were fantastic. It is the second time we have stayed there and we will be definately staying there again. Thank you very much for making our stay enjoyable.
