We stayed he for 2 nights and we paid 55 pounds a night and got a lot for we paid.had a hot tub nice pool and lots of golf courses not that I used them! Nice room LCD tv mini bar helpful staff. No issues to report just a relaxing couple of days

I had to stay on or near Broadbeach on the Gold Coast for a meeting over a weekend in school holidays - all the hotel rooms right on the coast were either booked up, or twice as expensive as this resort. Holiday apartments were only available for 5 or 7 day lets.

But I had a car, and what a difference a few miles makes. By going inland a few minutes drive, I got a far far better deal. The room was a lot cheaper, large, well appointed, no problems (unlike lots of facilities right on the coast where Tripadvisor reivewers had flagged problems). Nice and quiet at night, good facilities, no problems at all. Unlike some people, I didnt find the decor dated - in my room it was new and fresh-looking. My internet was free (400 MB/day limit). Some others have commented on the size of the balconies. My balcony stretched the width of the room, and was 5ft deep - fine for sitting outside with a drink, but not enough for a whole family with children to live outside if they were renting it for a holiday week. Restaurant buffet was of a reasonable standard. I'd certainly highly recommend it for a business trip, and for a couple (with a car) as a base for seeing the Gold Coast.

My wife and I stayed here for a week at the end of January 2012 through a timeshare exchange. The location of the resort is as people say, a little out, but this is not a criticism this is what we expected and were fine with it, there is a lot to do in the surrounding area, a car is a must.

The hotel is looking dated, I often wonder how much it would cost to replace the furniture in the rooms as it was scratched and worn, and would totally transform the whole feel. The bed was extremely comfortable. Staff very nice although we didn't have too much to do with them. There were tourist groups staying during our time, Koreans and Chinese, on the positive side this made the facilities more available lots of the guests on tours would be out all day, on the downside the dinner buffet was chaos and would recommend avoiding if a tour party is in town.

A few things to improve on - bar service by the pool is needed, and the internet cost at $15 and you only get 200 MB of download for that is a joke and a rip off, that barely covers sending a few e-mails these days with some mid size attachments.

We got our weeks stay at a rate of around $70 per night for which it was good value for money, overall an OK hotel.

We stayed in radisson from 24 Dec 2011 to 31 dec 2011.The staff was very courteous & helpful.I am too impressed with their services & attitude.It was their helping attitude by which we ignore the minute negative things.The rooms are large,they have good parking space.I was on family vacation & found this place perfect for family.
