We have been staying at this caravan park for 3 years every January. We have 3 kids and absolutely enjoy our time in the park every year. The managers and staff are always courteous and go out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. My kids love the activities organised by the managers which include sand art, treasure hunts and mini matserchef to name a few. We also enjoy the movies that are screened each week. My favourite is the free pancake breakast!! We also find the patrolled surf beach across the road very handy. We have already booked for next year and can't wait! We would recommend this park to any family!!

This was our first time and a last minute booking at this park. It could not have been better. I was a bit dubious after reading previous reviews especially travelling 700 odd kms to the place. But it was top notch in its location, facilities, activities that they ran were all on par with any other park we had stayed out.

Highly enjoyed our stay and will be back and could not recommend it more highly to anyone.

We stayed in a 3brm villa for 7 nights in Dec 2011. The villa, while expensive had the best views over the road to the beach. There are 3 bedroom but only one is air conditioned which seemed a bit strange as the Gold Coast can get very hot especially at this time of year. We ended up all camping in he main bedroom.

The villa could have been a bit cleaner and wasn't properly cleaned for our arrival. I found plenty of reminders left from the previous guests which I found a bit creepy.

The staff were rather unpleasant and didn't seem happy to be there at all.
Management was excellent and really put an effort in to making the guests welcome by cooking pancakes for beakfast and screening movies, maybe they could have a chat to their staff.
My suggestion would be to take your own toilet paper. We were put on rashions and ended up buying our own just so we didn't have to go back and ask for more.

The rooms were only serviced every eight days, there were washing facilities in the room and I was forever washing and drying towels.

Overall our stay was wonderful. We had a few minor maintenance problems which were fixed immediately.

Holidaying on the Gold Coast doing a tour of caravan parks for next time. A, she asked the staff member at the desk, i think her name was Tamarra if I could drive around, she told me I couldn't but i could walk. I insisted that i would prefer to drive as i was strapped for time. she was very rude, passive and not willing to make an exception, so this park lost our business without even seeing the place, shame as it looked great from behind the boom-gate and was in a great location, but on holidays i want what i want, if you cant give it to me then i will go elsewhere, and take the potential 25 other clients from my caravaning club with me. Thanks for nothing.
