Holidaying on the Gold Coast doing a tour of caravan parks for next time. A, she asked the staff member at the desk, i think her name was Tamarra if I could drive around, she told me I couldn't but i could walk. I insisted that i would prefer to drive as i was strapped for time. she was very rude, passive and not willing to make an exception, so this park lost our business without even seeing the place, shame as it looked great from behind the boom-gate and was in a great location, but on holidays i want what i want, if you cant give it to me then i will go elsewhere, and take the potential 25 other clients from my caravaning club with me. Thanks for nothing.

Never again! One particular staff member at booking in was the rudest person I have ever come across. I don't think I found the attitude changed from the time we arrived to the time we left. Great location, clean, but not worth the hassle. No fun, condescending, rude if you dare ask for help.

This park offers caravan, camping and cabin accommodation in a great location, right opposite the beach and just down the road from theme parks and the night life of the Surfers Paradise area. The park is well maintained and facilities are kept clean. We have camped here several times over the past few years and enjoyed our time there.
However, our most recent visit was spoiled by very unhelpful staff, who allocated us a site too small for our group - despite advance requests for large family sites. We were cramped onto the small site, with insufficient room for our car. Management were very unhelpful in solving the problem they had created - eventually fixed by a friendly group of neighboring campers. In addition, the security patrols seem to be totally ineffective in controlling noise from rowdy groups late at night. We cut our stay short and will not return unless management changes.

The villa was clean and pretty good. However, the staff of the place are very rude. Asking for help with dificult neighbours at the site, and no response. Not helpfull.
