Never again! One particular staff member at booking in was the rudest person I have ever come across. I don't think I found the attitude changed from the time we arrived to the time we left. Great location, clean, but not worth the hassle. No fun, condescending, rude if you dare ask for help.

This park offers caravan, camping and cabin accommodation in a great location, right opposite the beach and just down the road from theme parks and the night life of the Surfers Paradise area. The park is well maintained and facilities are kept clean. We have camped here several times over the past few years and enjoyed our time there.
However, our most recent visit was spoiled by very unhelpful staff, who allocated us a site too small for our group - despite advance requests for large family sites. We were cramped onto the small site, with insufficient room for our car. Management were very unhelpful in solving the problem they had created - eventually fixed by a friendly group of neighboring campers. In addition, the security patrols seem to be totally ineffective in controlling noise from rowdy groups late at night. We cut our stay short and will not return unless management changes.

The villa was clean and pretty good. However, the staff of the place are very rude. Asking for help with dificult neighbours at the site, and no response. Not helpfull.

This Camp Site is Great. We spent a total of 6 nights here during March 2008. The facilities on sight are absolutely superb. The pitch size for tents/campers/caravans are great! The wash rooms are always clean, and are modern, the various toilet blocks dotted around the sit are great too, as is the pool and sun-bathing area, and the laundry and internet facilities. Right opposite Main Beach, and great location for the Gold Coast Theme Parks, around 15 minutes drive.
