The hotel is good and the standard is normal greece, so it's not bad to be a hotel in Greece, but the doors are very thin, so they sound from the walking area is strong and that might be an issue if you don't sleep as deep as I do.

There was a new poolarea and poolbar, but somedays it was rather dirty and the bar was seldom open, but on the other hand, this was at the end of the season, so I can understand if the bar is not open when there is not filled up with ppl.

There are also possibility to rent A/C and refrigriator, which can be rather nice if it's warm.

We stayed at Esperia and thought that was an average/good hotel. The pluses are
- spacious room, really nice, clean, hot water all the time.
- Staff was friendly
- The location is good as it is near the sea. The beach is nice sandy clear warm water, The minuses I would say first the breakfast was poor, every day had same thing - lucky us did not stay for 14 days.
The hotel is situated on the main street and cannot get much sleep Laganas has quite a busy nightlife.

Hi. I have stayed in this hotel for one week in september. I can tell you that is a two stars hotel, very well placed close to the beach (2-3 minutes). This is the only strenght point.
The reality consists in the slimest room walls i have ever seen in my life. You could hear anythig was spoken by the other tourists nearby my room. Besides that, the breatfast was awfull: only bread, butter, some jelly, tea, nasty coffy and some cereals. That is all. and this has repeated every single day.
Moreover, the hot water was available ony in the mourning and in the evening (incredible, isn't it, in a UE hotel, in the year 2008).
So, if you have to make a choose, don't mention this hotel.
