Receptionist is horible howvever the bar men are amazing! Security guard was cool if you were nice to him and go to his resteraunt , but its not nice .The hotel was one big PARTAAAAYYYYYYY ! Maids are the best clean everything so puke where you fall.The pool was a laugh and had loads of sun beds, reccomend the chicken and bacon club sandwich.Its 10 euros all you can drink woooooooooooooooooooooo! Go to pink panther its a kareoke bar but its amaze! and go to bocca and ask for evils and headfukers, Dont go to mad bar its dogey drinks. Basically go here if you dont like sleeping and want to party hard. And its 100 points if you sleep with the rep. GOOOOOOOD LUCKKKKK

This hotel is the best hotel you should defiantly stay here but not a hotel for children or elderly, the pool it Loverly and big lots of sun beds bar where u can order food thru the day which is really nice, it's like few minutes walk from beach a few minute walk from main strip can't get any better resurants everywhere a few really good ones we went to all on the main strip Bocca, paul's, barcode, oh n KFC, Macdonalds n pizza hut ha, but I am defiantly staying here again 100% and so should you.Xx

its a shame its changed so much as it used to be a lovely hotel away from the nightlife .its not a place for familys and the older people no more our room didnt get dusted in a week ,we was staying 1/2 board and we was the only ones ,so we had to have what we was given some nights was good some was nasty i had to tell a group of men (well if u call them men ) to keep there noise down shouting screaming at 02.30 ,some lads was balacony hopping over ours . we did have a nice holiday though but not to laganas again :( shame

My partner, daughter and myself have just returned from this hotel or maybe I should describe it as a youth hostel. I have stayed here before and was under no illusion as to what sort of hotel it was (described as LIVELY in the brochure). The first week was as expected quite noisy with lots of drunken youths, but nothing prepared us for the shock of the second week. The hotel became over run with approx 400 Slovakian students. They made the British youngsters look tame. They were rude noisy and arrogant, and their co-ordinators were worse. From 2.30 in the morning till 6am they stampeded up and down the corridors shouting and screaming banging on doors, and playing football. When we complained we were asked what we expected them to do. We book half board but would say don't bother evening meals were chosen from the pool bar menu and as they have no chef don't waste your money. Thomas Cook who we booked with were well aware that the students would be there this year as they were last year but didn't bother to warn us. Our holiday was completely ruined by lack of information, and the staff of the hotel being unhelpful which is upsetting as I have previously had good holidays here.
