Hotel location was perfect. Right on the beach and next to restaurants and supermarkets. Couldn't be better placed as not too far away from strip but far enough away to avoid hectic nightlife. The strip comes alive around 11pm at night, so if you want to avoid the 18-30's stay away at this time. Before this time it's very pleasant. Rooms were very basic. We were in the "dungeons" as we booked through the internet and not via owner, but clean. Who stays in their rooms anyway. Pool and bar area very clean. Excellent barstaff, especially Yiannis, who speaks excellent English and is very welcoming. The owner did not speak to any of the guests however, and is not very welcoming. Yiannis, by far, makes up for his rudeness. Enjoyed our stay and will go back again.

the apartments were nice, the staff spoke no english so it was a hassle to get keys or whatever..

there is a small newsagents seconds away and its right on the beach.

the only problems we had were there was no cooking utensils even though it is self catering and one bed was broken in the room and we were accused of breaking it!

the cleaning staff were very friendly and they came in every morning.

overall, we felt it was a good place and am actually staying there again tomorrow.

just got back from our third stay there you cannot fault anything about this hotel, right on the beach, rooms very spacious and immaculate maid came every day changed bed linen and towels views amazing. Quiet at night yet only minutes away short stroll along beach to the lively nightlife of mainstrip. Highly reccommend med version resturant on beach for meals.

My partner and I stayed in the room across the road from the main building and although it looked OK from the outside the rooms were very dark and dingy inside. There are no windows so if you want any light you have to have the doors open. The room was a decent size for the two of us however there were very limited kitchen utensils so couldnt really eat anything in the apartment and if you wanted to use the kettle had to plug it in by the bed as there were limited electrical sockets. Paid for the air conditioning for the two weeks but the actual unit was in the other room so slept in a single bed all holiday!
when people are moving about in the other rooms you can hear every little noise. The bathroom/shower was very small and there was no-where to store your things, you had to leave a towel on the floor when you shower as the water goes everywhere as the drains are not that good. The maids cleaned well in the first week but in the second week we didnt have our towels changed for five days and the bed seemed to be done when they felt like it.
The pool area was nice, and the beach is just down a few steps so location wise I was happy.
Only ate in the pool bar a couple of times, pizzas were really nice but the rest was average. Dont think I would be going back again.
