We arrived and were shown to a room that was not made up and had 2 single beds. We complained and were given a double room. The double room was okay it had a couch, TV, fridge. The TV had the occasional English show which was okay as we dont spend all our day in the room. We were told that the safe deposit was 1.50 Euro a day which was not ideal but what can you do? The location was perfect on the beach. The breakfast was typical European breakfast but there were a lot of flies. The coffee was really bad. Housekeeping was good and cleanliness in and around the hotel was good. Staff not the friendliest. We had no hot water the last day but it is the end of the season and they were closing down for the winter.

My Girlfriend and I are just back from 2 weeks travelling in Greece. We moved around a good bit and this is the only hotel we booked in advance as it was for our first few nights.

Pretty much perfect location on the beachfront in Kamari. Clean. Nice pool area a bit back from main walkway along beach. Brekie was ok. Overpriced compared to similar accommodation we stayed in but probably due to its beachfront location. Staff were only ok.

My main complaint would be the lack of a double bed when we arrived (this is what we booked). We arrived late and were shown to our room which contained two single beds. We asked for a room with a double and were told they were all gone and that we could push the beds together and stuff a rolled up blanket in the gap. We were very polite and smiley about the whole thing but were pretty much told to take it or leave it. We couldn't even get a refund and look for another room elsewhere without going out to some travel agency, as they are the ones who dealt with the booking online. We took the room in the end as it wasn't that big a deal but I felt the staff could have been more helpful about it and not just told us "it really has nothing to do with me"

I found the hotel to be below average. The bedrooms were large but very old. The beds were extremley hard and about one foot above the ground. The bathrooms were very small with old and dirty shower curtains. The front staff was unfriendly and unknowledgable. The breakfast was as expected, the same as any moderately priced hotel in Greece. The only good thing about this hotel was the location, other than that would never recommend!

We have recently returned from a weeks holiday at the Roussos Beach Hotel, in Kamari, Santorini, Greece.
The hotel is nice and in a very pretty location. Bedrooms and Breakfast adequate. However they certainly have a security problem. Ourselves, and friends we where travelling with, had money taken from our in room safe. This was reported to both Hotel management and local police. We did not get very far with our complaint following an extremely aggressive and confrontational police officer who frightened us to such an extent that we just wanted to leave the police station and return to our hotel. Do not leave valuables in this hotels safes.
