We have recently stayed at the Aruba Beach Resort and found it to be very clean and tidy. The place is in a great location near restaurants and bars and just outside you can catch the bus to Sea World. We stayed on the 2nd floor overlooking the park across the road. We are not used to traffic noise but after the first night it was ok. We spoke to the owners before we left from Perth to find out if there is a hair dryer in the room and he said he would provide one for us and sure enough when we got there it was there. The pool and spa were excellent very clean and the spa temp just right. We often had breakfast just across the road at a restaurant called Sage during the week a full breakfast will only cost you $8.95, and just a short stroll away you are at the beach. We used to walk along the beach to Surfers Paradise which will approx take you 40min, when you get there right on the beach front there is a cafe where you can get a full breakfast for wait for it $5. It was such good value. I actually prefer broadbeach to surfers paradise but I can see the appeal for the young. All in all cannot fault the apartment and would certainly recommend you try.

This place can't be matched for location-bus outside, surrounded by cafes and restaurants, shopping malls close by and the beach across the road. The resort is very well maintained-the pool and spa were just the perfect places to relax and unwind. There is even a poolside barbecue for your use. Hosts were helpful and friendly, advice on best places to shop and the correct buses etc. We will be back.

Very reasonably priced for such a great location. Room was immaculate and suitedus well. Hosts couldn't have been more helpful.
Shame about the weather, but we will be sure to come back.

Although the resort is well maintained, well kept, do not assume the units are equally the same. *** Units are individually owned *** . Our unit showed signs that it was hardly cleaned. The edges around the bedroom has layers of dust and dirt. Even found some rubbish under the couches ! I will not trust the dishes and cutleries either. Give them a good clean using the dishwasher before using them. Guests are expected to clean these and if you trust previous guests to wash these properly . . . well, your choice. Did I mention that our sugar sachets were all stale ? In my opinion this place lacks quality control. Apart from these and as per previous reviews, great location and hosts are friendly. I'm torn between poor and excellent hence average rating.
