Apartments are in need of decoration, however, adequate and good value for money. Ours (number 61) was spacious and sunny, with 2 double doors opening on to a nice terrace overlooking the pool and which had sun all day. Some apartments are overlooking the road and get no sun, which probably accounts for people saying the apartments are dark (ask for room 61 when booking). There was 1 break in whilst we were there. The owners need to upgrade the doors and shutters to prvent this happening. The pool area is very tidy and clean. The bar needs a refurb but the staff and locals who use it are really helpful and friendly, and it provides some good entertainment. Not much to do except laze by the pool and eat and drink, so no good for families. The surrounding area has some good restaurants, the nearest beach is not great but adequate for just sunbathing and a paddle. The beach at Jandia is much nicer, and at Corralejo. Not much to do in Caleta de Fuste on the whole and is a bit too British for us. The tapas bar below the apartments is very good for food drink and football. It is very Spanish, which is not echoed elsewhere in the resort. On the whole, we had a good holiday, but could be a little boring if you don't get out and about.
