I was there for a week last summer.There was a lot of things that I did not like.There was no or broken insect net on the windows, I had cheked 5 rooms all of them was with same problem.Service on the bars and restaurants was extremly poor.The food is ok..Pools was in bad conditions.

We arrived on Christmas Eve for a five night stay. Paid for an upgrade to a Junior Suite. No heating in the room on arrival and the toilet was leaking(this was quickly fixed when reported.)
looking forward to a Christmas dinner...but a complete waste of time and had to wait 20 minutes for the chicken to come out! Although there were plenty of waiters about, no one came to ask us if we wanted a drink so we went to the bar ourselves.
The majority of the staff need to go on a Customer Relations course. They rarely smiled and were not very helpful.
After three days of poor service and food we returned home.

The Katarino spa hotel is the best place for relaxation and recreation in Bansco area. I am fun of it from the first time it opened and every year i go there for 4 - 5 times. In all these years i haven't found a discount to the quality standards and every time i find exactly what i am looking for and some extras that makes me to go there again.

Cold rooms (18c),no hot water in the evening, no towels in the spa and terrible service! Very, very disappointing experience!
