We've spent a week at the Residence, and are not going there again. The driveway was icy and dangerous, and despite several request it was left that way. Until the bill came in, there was no one to talk to at the receptions. Also, in a hotel that takes full week guests, one would expect to have hot water tea and coffee.
Yet, the room was very clean and the location - exceptional for ski.
