The woman at reception seemed really annoyed over our arrival. She asked me to sign an empty form, which I refused saying I would have signed once information had been written in, then she claimed we had no booked (we did through venere.com), but when someone else was called our booking turned up...She continued rather annoyed and with no apologies whatsoever. If you go, take your swimming cap, as they have made it compulsory for everyone to enter their swimming pool (they sell one for 5euro) and then also RENT towels for the pool. Pretty amasing that the fridge in the room was locked...yes...locked. One needs to pay a deposit from reception to use the key, we did not bothered as obsviouly they dont want customers to use it :)
The only smile that I got from that women is when I paied and checked out - the hotel was really empty and I guess now I now why. These extra charges made it look like a quite overpriced no frils hotel - we had already paid 95 euro per double and afterall the town has nothing beside the lake.
The town is cute but the lake is now infested by little insects and was a bit horrible.
