I just returned from this hotel form a week stay. In general, the hotel is not bad, but as a price which we payed for a stay , the stanrad is poor. In doesn't deserve for a 4 stars at all.
Out room was very cold, so we had to ask for additional heater. On the first day, the water in bathrioom was brown....our tour leader explained it as a fact that we are first guests in hotel form summer- not a good explanation in 4 star hotel!!
The food was very poor- douring the dinner we had some dishes which were not to eat at all!!
The last thing was a spa- you have to pay 25 euro for it ( obligatorily!) and the dry sauna was cold( only 50 C) , the water in swimming pool was about 20 C and the jaccuzi was so cold that it was immpossible to sit there, no mentioning about relaxing!!

So altogenter, if you can. choose another hotel.

Not only we were unsatisfied from stay, but also half of our group .
