We came to this hotel instead of another hotel we had reservations for, so that's why I believe we paid so much for our room.The decor was very pretty, showing the influence of Northern Africa on Sicily. I remember the breakfast was ok. The room was a suite and very pleasant, overlooking the sea, with a balcony.This is a small boutique hotel.

We stayed for a week in august; we booked b&b. the breakfast was poor, alwasy the same dishes for the whole week. Many 2 or 3 star B&B offer a better breakfast. At our arrival the front desk secretary offerd us the possibility to take the dinner at 27 Euros/person, but at our departure they asked 39 Euros/person. Of course i didn't pay that, but i felt betrayed; even if you consider that the food was poor and the portions very small (the "salad buffet" consisted in green salad, carots and olives.....that's it !!! unacceptable for a 4 star hotel).
There's an other thing that has to be mentioned: the spa is not free; you have to pay 20 Euros/person !!!!
The only good thing of this hotel is its location right on the beach.

For this money (we payed 100 Euros/person/day in B&B) you can except much more; for this reason i can't recommend this hotel

We stayd there for a 10 day beach holiday. Rooms are small but nicely furnished.The bathrooms are also small with a comperatively large shower. All the rooms a newly renovated in 2004/2005 with frigobar, TV ( many foreign programms), hairdryer etc. The AC is perfectly working.
Breakfast is superb and very unusal for italian standards.
The location is outstandig , directly on the sandy beach, with free umbrellas and sunbeds. However you have to pay for the beach towels , € 2.60/towel/day.
The restaurant is nice too, food excellent. The open air restaurant is a class of its own - dining under palm trees. Service is OK.
There are many restaurants close by.
Will definitely return.
