Lots of babies a this Hotel, it felt as if we had booked to stay at a kindergarten, crying babies at Breakfast and Dinner I suspect the ratio of family rooms is very high. The dining room is more like a school dinner hall. The breakfast selection was poor, just 2 cereals and cordial for fruit juice, and just rolls/croissants and jam or tinned fruit cocktail. DInner portions were very small, one night we had an egg with a 1 rasher of streaky bacon as the main course! starter was rissotto or pasta, which was filling so we did not go hungry and what we had did taste nice. The staff were always very friendly, overall, we felt every penny was being watched.
The location is second to none just accross a small road and directly onto the nursery slopes, not many Hotels can boast this.
