Great location just off the Grand Canal and a short walk from the main train station. The only issue with that is that you do have to climb steps on 4 bridges to get to the hotel with the luggage.
Room was very small couldn't walk around the bed with luggage on the floor...but to be expected in Venice.
Breakfast was wonderful; unfortunately we were right next to the breakfast room so quite noisy in morning. Room was clean.
My only complaint was that we were greeted upon our arrival by the rudest women I have ever encountered in all of Europe. The rest of the staff was fabulous.
