This was our last stop ( one night ) at the end of our 16 day Italian tour.
We picked it after reading previous tripadvisor comments , reviewing it's proximity to the Fuimicino airport and checking the price.
All were acceptable so we took it.

We arrived here after driving from up from Pompei .
We were using a rental car and had our own GPS which I highly recommend as likely we would have driven for another hour or two and not found it as it seems to be buried in a residental area off the main road.

In any event , the staff member at the desk was friendly and courteous and checked us in right away.
Our flight home was at 7:50 am the next morning meaning we had to be there by 5:30 or so thus our intention after getting settled was to make a practise run to the airport just so we didn't take any wrong turns the next morning.
Other reviewers are correct , the hotel is only about 10-12 minutes away from the terminals.
Very convenient!

The rooms themselves ( or at least our room ) seemed to be equipt for longer staying purposes as it was outfitted with a full fridge and cook top with kitchen sink and some pots and pans and dishes.
The bathroom is of average Italian hotel size and suited our purposes. The bed was large and comfortable. We had no concerns regarding the cleanliness .

If you have a car and have some time like we did after we checked in , there is a beach front boardwalk a short drive away in a neighbouring town as well as a large shopping mall ( first one we had seen in Italy ) . In any event , we did the mall crawl thing for an hour or two just to kill time more than anything. Again , if you have a car and are looking for time to kill or its a bad weather day , it's a good place to go and is only about 10 minutes away in the direction of the airport.

Overall:
We would recommend this place to other traveller using it for the same purpose as us. Not sure if we would choose this for longer stays or not.

WE spent two nights here, with a week in France in between. The two Claudios were quite helpful in allowing us to leave our large suitcases at the hotel, thus we did not have to schlep them on the French train- a BIG plus. The rooms are quite large and comfortable, and quiet considering how close to the airport you are. Get the shuttle to/from, it is 6 Euros per person; otherwise, the taxis charge 25-30 Euros. Good restaurants within walking distance. This would be the place to stay if you need to be close to the airport, for whatever reason.

I stayed here the night before my flight. The location is good - about 10 minutes away from the airport, but you have to use GPS (or at least a good map) to get here. It is not in the city center so it is mostly suitable for people with a car.
The guy at the front desk spoke good English and was nice and helpful when asking about restaurants. They only have WiFi at the lobby, so if you want to get a signal from your room ask for one that is close enough to the lobby. The breakfast is poor even for the Italian standards, but this is probably the only major downside. The room is big and I slept well. I find the value for money high and this will definitely be a convenient option if I happen to be around FCO again.

The room was very big and comfortable, free wifi and helpful staff. Shuttle to the airport costs 6 euros.
