We stayed in the family suite and it was wonderful! My teens thought it was awesome! The balcony gave us an incredible view, the beds were comfortable after a long flight and the employees were super friendly. We also ate at a recommended restaurant just around the corner that was very good! If in Fiumicino we would definitely stay here again!

We needed a place to stay next to the airport and this hotel was everything we were looking for: shuttle bus service (6 euros), nice and cozy room and a great breakfast. And we were glad to meet Vincenzo (receptionist), who helped us find a good place to have dinner and gave a lot of tips about Rome and Firenze.
It was a great night.

Having decided to spend a few days in Rome before boarding our ship for a return trip back to Florida, we booked a stay at the Best Western Hotel Riviera in Fiumicino. We had what every stay at a hotel should be, no disappointments. From the shuttle that picked us up at the airport, to the service, cleanliness, ample breakfast buffet, spacious room, and internet service, we were totally satisfied with our stay. The one key person who makes everything click at this hotel is Vincenzo. He is the go-to hotel professional who provides the answers and makes things happen. We followed his restaurant recommendations, and we were delighted with the wonderful food at the seaside restaurant. He can also arrange a shuttle to Rome at extra cost. It is quite a value, considering the cost of a cab to Rome. If you need extra room, and would like a spacious terrace to enjoy the view of the sea, consider reserving their upper floor suite, it is beautiful. This hotel makes you feel that you are a valued guest, rather than just a number on a reservation sheet.
We would definintely book this hotel again on our return trip to Rome.

I decided to book this hotel due to to its vicinity to the airport... I could not have done a better decision.
We arrived very early in the morning of our first night and we were not expecting to check in. Vincenzo, did his best to give us a room within the next 20 minutes and while we were waiting he offered us a coffee (a proper italian one!). He was one of the most helpful person I have ever seen working in a hotel, always smiley and ready to help you at any time. He also arranged transportation to central rome for a resonable price and gave us good suggestion where to eat that night!!!
The shuttle bus service was really convenient but we were not expecting to find such a nice person driving it. Mr Rocco was absolutely amazing!!!! not to mention the breakfast attendant Laura. She was very good at making cappucinos and even though she could not speak english very well, she was able to make the breakfast area very cozy so that people could feel themselves at home.

A part from this rooms were absolutely very clean and tidy. the surroundings of the hotel were a littl bit run down. However, the local restaurants were not full of tourists (which means food was very good)
