“A below average hotel”

This was my first stay at one of All seasons hotel.

Location: Hotel was located on motorway and very far from city center. Hardly any public transport available. Only means is to get taxi

Rooms: A very average room with not so comfortable bed. It required one to lock the door from outside when you leave the room. Very unsafe. At first, I didn't read the sign on the backside of door. I had nearly left my room open.

Staff: Very limited staff. Hardly could understand English but managed to help when asked for.

Check-in: I arrived 4 hours prior to check-in time. I was asked to wait as I could only get room just at checkin time. There were not many guests in hotel but yet room was not given.
Had to go to city center as there are no departmental stores or any shops nearby hotel.
There were works going on for tram service.

Internet was very slow as well. Not recommended for business traveler.

“All Seasons November 2011”

Reasonable value as Breakfast is part of the deal. Also a very good breakfast lots of choice and plenty of it. Disappointing that there was no Restaurant in the evening. Clean rooms, considering how close to the Autoroute very quiet.

Value hotel, air con didn't work but staff were able to fix it in fairly short order.
Staff were efficient and the breakfast was good. Hotel slightly overpriced but the location suited us for our journey north to south for a holiday.

“disappointing”

The hotel was much smaller than expected and there were traffic works everywhere. i originally requested a disabled room as I use a wheelchair. I was told to book a larger room but you did not tell me your lift was too small to accommodate a typical wheelchair. This was very awkward as i had tio climb out of the chair fold it and balance myself and the chair in the lift. However the bed was comfortable, breakfast good and the girl at the hotel desk friendly.
