Fantastic place to stay, great room, fantastic food, amazing location.

Only tips I can offer:
1. hire a motorcycle from "banpak mongkhon" 045-351352 / koma.nee@hotmail.com
- they charge 200THB/day and will deliver to your hotel for 100THB, pickup is also 100THB
2. The hotel is not close to anything, walking to town will take you at least 45 minutes and you won't want to make this journey after dark, so- either hire a car or a bike

Nice surroundings and lovely atmosphere, nice rooms and both the pool area and the restaurant is very nice. We had a great view over The Mun River from our balcony.
The only complain is that the bed was quite hard, and they have no fitness center, if they had this hotel probably is a 4 star hotel

We loved our 2 nights at the Tohsang Khongjiam Resort. Being the off-season, the resort was relatively empty and thus very chill, quiet, peaceful, enjoyable. The room was nice, the food was good, the location is great for hiking and sightseeing. Most of all, I was impressed by the resort staff who, although they spoke limited English, were always smiling, helpful, very natural and genuine. We wish Tohsang Khongjiam were closer to Bangkok so we could go again on a regular basis! We enjoyed our short (because of the heat!) paddle on the Mekong in the kayaks that the resort provides for free.

This place is lovely! Loved the room and the grounds. The staff was very friendly and so helpful. When we arrived we were greeted by a young man with excellent english who as he showed us to our room surprised us with his amazing knowledge of basketball; he was also the person who gave us directions to get to Tohsang from Yasothorn… our driver taking us to Tohsang had never been further from Yasothorn than Ubon Rathathani so our drive there was a scenic adventure!
The hotel's setting on the river is beautiful and the staff was very helpful in suggesting places to visit in that area. We enjoyed our first day so much that we booked a later flight home the following day so we could enjoy the hotel and surrounding area without rushing.

We hired the hotel’s car for two - ½ days; the driver Miht was great even though he only spoke a few words of English. The women at the front desk talked with my husband about what sites they thought we should see and relayed all of the information to the driver. He made sure we saw all of the sites and walked/directed us to all of the major points of view.

We had a wonderful and relaxing trip to rural Issan!

We had dinner at the hotel twice and loved the Thai food! Breakfast wasn’t as exciting because we don’t eat beef, chicken or port, but if you do there are plenty of choices.
