well it would have been nice to print "A PERFECT WEEK IN PARIDICE" but that would have been a lie,the reason being becouse of a very simple mistake which could have being fixed there and then, they have the right equipment and expertise to do so AND the sin "COLD FOOD" when it should be hot, sorry but there is no excuse for it .
I was not the only one complaining i overheard other patrons saying the thing only they where saying they would not go back so there you go Mr Catering manaager how much has a simple remady cost you there bearing in mind i think a .lot of your catering staff will have done training in the U.K / U.S.A so they would be jend up on food temp laws put into action in these countries to prevent situations like on these Cruise Ships.
But other than that i had a wonderful holiday where the staff could not do enough for you, the rooms cleaned every day to a very high standard fresh towels,linen,tea and coffee free safes free internet ,lushis gardens a waterslide ,chid free zones all of this only to be spoiled by the matter of cold food that should be served hot.
Would i go back ? you bet ,third time on the island stayed at 2 more expensive resorts but have to say it Coco nut beach did it for me will defo go back and would still recomend it although it has its problems in my opinion but hay who knows someone out there might read this and act upon it after all there is a world resession and people are looking to get the best for their £ $ and the greatest form of advertising is WORD OF MOUTH wake up Coconut BAY.

Coconut Bay cost considerably less then any resort on the Island of St. Lucia! This is why we booked our vacation at Coconut Bay through Costco Travel. I feel that this resort is a great value! You get what you pay for. My Husband and I are in our early 30's and enjoyed a weeks get away in a tropical paradise.

We stayed on the adult Harmony side and upgraded through Costco Travel to a premium room which got us the Governors Suite. It was worth the extra money to upgrade it included; two rooms, two balconies, small kitchen area, mini fridge with beer,soda and water(replenished every day), and my favorite coffee-mate creamer, two flat screen Tvs, large comfortable bed, large changing area, bathroom including a bath tub. Overall, we were overjoyed with our room!



A few of our favorite things.We loved the new sun decks on the adult side. Which were private with a table and sun umbrella and two lounge chairs. We spent a lot of time at the adult bar with our favaroite bartender Maclee(we wish it was opened later). I would recomend giving the lazy river and waterslides a try there fun. The one thing I was worried about because of previous reviews I read was the ocean and beach. We actually enjoyed going into the water and riding the waves. The week we were there a lot of couples purchased floats from the gift shop and took them in the ocean it was a blast(mind you we had some dirty Banana drinks prior to entering the water). Overall, we spent a lot of time on the adult side and we enjoyed it.



The highlight of our vacation was the tour we booked through the hotel! First, our driver Spencer was amazing!!! He went out of his way to show us the beautiful island of St.Lucia. I would recommend booking any tour through the hotel.



However, there ate two negatives to mention. First, the Italian restaurant is not good. We did love the other two restaurants.Second, the spa. I was disappointed with the Spa. I expected a bit more as it is called Coconut Bay Resort and SPA. We did the couples massage and were a bit disappointed. It started a late, the room was bright, and the ladies hands were rough. Needless to say we did not go back to the Spa.



Overall we had an amazing adult topical vacation. Our stay was in the month of January 2012. We enjoyed celebrating our 6 year wedding anniversay at this resort! We left our child at home and I feel like we got a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation at Coconut Bay Resort and Spa

just returned after 1 year and once agin was not disapoimted. The staff was great and very friendly. Thanks to bar tenders Akon Small J Big Ted and Da joker for keeping the refreshments flowing.
Mary the egg lady and the restaurant staff were always pleasant and the service excellent.
New improvements include 10 new tanning decks built by the adult side and a revamped lobby.
Dont forget Cbay is not for wild partiers and the ocean is on the rougher side still swimmable though.
Major plus 5 minutes from the airport.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Personnel from management (Salah), bar staff (especially Small J, Akon, and Dahlia), to housekeeping (Sarah) provided outstanding service.

The nightly pest spray is unpleasant but beats wearing Deep Woods Off on top of sunblock.
