Although we were put off by a messy hotel entrance: dirty carpet up the stairs to the front door with withered plants in pots on each step, we were pleased with the friendly staff at reception and their eagerness to help us find a parking spot.
Room and ensuite very clean. Good memory mattress and pillows, coffee/tea making facilities.
HOWEVER, at around 21.00hrs (till 02.00hrs!!)the entire hotel reverberated with the loudest disco music ever experienced by us in a hotel. We went up to all floors to see whether it would be worthwhile asking for a room change, so we could sleep, but the sounds permeated everywhere. Despite having a good atmosphere, friendly staff, good rooms, it is impossible to recommend a hotel where you cannot sleep!
