We visited this hotel with our 2 children. Breakfast was ++.
Family Rooms are available but are not situated in the hotel but in the garden next to the parking lot. They look a bit oldfashioned but have been cleaned up.

This is such a great hotel! It's 4 star and has received a Dutch AAA award for best hotel.

The hotel is right at the base of the dunes, no more than 150 meters from the beach. The building is light and airy, the walls are covered with interesting pieces of art. This colorfull theme is used throughout the hotel. There is actually a paintbrush dangling from your roomkey.

The rooms are clean and have a good bed with duvet. There is a small closet, a desk on which a small color tv sits and a bistro-like table with two chairs. The bathroom is clean and has everything you need, a decent sink, a big mirror and a deep bathtub with shower.

The only downpoint is the rooms in the right wing, which might have some noise issues when there is a party in one of the conference rooms downstairs. So check before you book or ask for the left wing.

The restaurant has a good menu and an abundance of things to choose from for breakfast. The bar is cosey with a bar made of wreckwood found on the beach. There's so many things to see in there, you won't know where to look, like lighthouses hanging from the ceiling, a boat coming out of a wall...

But the staff is what makes this hotel great. It's a young, but eager crew, willing to please. I you want to chat, they'll chat, if you want to keep to yourself, they'll let you. If, by any chance, there is a problem, they'll go out of their way to make it right.

Super hotel, we've stayed here four times now and we'll defenitely be back.
