We booked this in the last minute. Owner did not tell us there was a big festival in town on the first Saturday of September, but that turned out to be a bonus. We showed up with thousands bicycles parked on the street, music playing, people everywhere. We had a blast, had beer, frites with mayonnaise, and went to bed late. This is a beautiful little Dutch town, the rooms were clean. If you want it to be quiet, ask for a room away from the main street. The rooms have big windows, and the air is good out there in the country. Usually there is no party, I assume. Breakfast is great. We did not try the restaurant for dinner, but the menu looks good. There are plenty of other restaurants, bars, wine bars, good takeaways within a few hundred feet. It is about 55 minutes from Schiphol Airport. We would stay here again.
