Stayed here to watch a football much, the less said about that, the better. It was very well organised hotel, nice clean modern rooms, large plasma TV and a huge bathroom with separate bath and shower. I was amazed that the local beer was cheaper in the hotel than than most bars in Hengelo, just over 2 Euros a glass. The buffet breakfast was quite nice it did suffer with some pretty disgusting sausages and the usual anaemic fatty bacon. The rest of it was fine though. It wasn't a cheap hotel and breakfast added another 12+ euros to the price.

I have reserved using BOOKING.COM. The reservation some how did not appear for the Hotel. I had the reservation in my computer but even so the staff was a bit suspicious about my reservation. After that, they have managed a nice room and everything got back to normal. Good rooms and awesome breakfast. Really enjoyed and relaxed this hotel.

Had to be in Hengelo for husband's work commitment. The hotel was very easy access on and off the highway but you couldn't hear the highway noise in your room. We visited in mid July and thankfully, it was not very hot. There is NO air conditioning in the hotel rooms. The bed is very firm and could be a problem for some sleepers. The free Internet is rather odd. You get up to two hours per day in half hour chunks. If you need more time, it is very expensive.
The restaurant was very good and the included breakfast buffet had plenty of items both hot and cold including custom cooked eggs. For 59 euro a night (booking.com), you couldn't beat the price for a clean and well maintained hotel.

This is a great and very big hotel on a convenient location. You're close to Germany and a lot of Dutch cities like Hengelo, Almelo Enschede
Big rooms with a very large LCD-tv, large luxury bathroom, balcony, king beds. This hotel serves a wonderfull breakfastbuffet aswell!! The staaf is very helpfull and friendly.
Show cooking on Saturdaynight is also very nice!!
No pool though, aswell as no minifridge in room.
We booked this one for 40Euros a night(2 people incl breakfast!!!!) for 3 night at Weekendjeweg.nl.
We thought that was an unbelievable bargain for this hotel in which we will return, for sure.
