The hotel is nice, clean, and to the part. Obviously there aint much in hotel fascilities. However, they are positioned 2 mins walk from Hengelo train station, and in the heart of Hengelo centre. This means you can go for a wonder very easily, which is fab.

I'm not kean on their lack of internet. They have designated areas to use the internet, that is in the reception. However, in your room, you've got to pay for the net! Now that is a bit redicioulas!

Overall, it is ok, did what was needed, a place to stay over night, and decent.

The experienced services were:

+ reception: prompt, friendly & competent
+ breakfast: large variety, fresh, good coffee, nice restaurant
+ room: large, good equipped, free internet via LAN cable, comfortable large bed, clean
only mini bar is missing(or I have not found it)
+ situated near Hengelo down town and near train station
=>recommendation

The rooms are big, even the standard room looks like a suite comparing to the rooms in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. The rooms are big, nice and clean.
The card in the restaurant is nice and there showing wine suggestion with each dish that's a fun thing.

The staff is great and funny. The make you laugh and if you feel down or upset you can talk to them, especially Arjan is cute!

You pay budget you get a luxuary feeling!

The hotel is nice, located 200m from railway station and in the center of Hengelo.
it is not noisi and well organized, it is the best solution for Hengelo a city where I go frequently for business. The hotel is simple well organized. Breakfast is ok. Room are large and clean. The gyn is too small. The resturant is small.
