“Fantastic experince/ Excellent value for money.”

I highly recommend this hotel for couples, families, mates & over 60s. My partner and I arrived in July and had booked for 10 days for less than $1,000. I thought it was fantastic given how expensive Ibiza is coming from Australia. The staff was really friendly and the service was great.
Our room was clean & came with all the basic amenities that you need for a pleasant stay. The room was cleaned & ‘made up’ everyday without any hassles. We loved the location as we were still close to the action but far enough to get away from all the craziness. It is literally a nice 5 min walk to get to the bars, restaurants & the beach. We could see Eden nightclub from our balcony but the best thing is we different have to listen to it after a big night. The two pools are good & the fact that you can have a nice cocktail (in a plastic cup) was alright too. We didn’t participate but we did have a look at the nightly entertainment they had at the hotel in the foyer. They had trivia (in Spanish) and some dancers. It wasn’t anything to outstanding but nice to watch after a big night. We were only able to utilise the breakfast facilities once as were always sleeping/recovering hehe but the one day we were able to it was yummy and the quality was at a good standard. Overall this hotel was fantastic and was real value for money. If we ever returned back to Ibiza I would defiantly stay at this hotel again. I can’t say a bad word about it.
ENJOY YOUR TRIP!!

“Happy Holidays..”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 November 2010

I stayed in Ibiza with my parents (40) sister (8) and friend who is my age (16). My parents and sister had a separate room opposite which was more spacious as it was a family room. The maid service was very good.. Clean sheets and towels everyday except they don't like to disturb you if you're sleeping during the day therefore, you don't get your bedding and towels. The toilet was in a odd place behind the door and when you return home intoxicated easily confessed with the bidet. The shower was a nice and warm temperature and powerful however, flooded the whole bathroom (maybe we're just messy?) parents seemed to have no problem. The food was okay, basic so they can't go too wrong, we're fussy eaters so didn't mind the chips, pasta, pizza and chicken every night although they do have some themed meals such as; Mexican. Hotel entertainment was shocking! Must better heading off out for your night, although, my parents and sister seemed to enjoy it. Very good location, quick easy walk to the west end. The beach across the road is pretty crap, but we found the buses very easy to use and very near also cheap so we got the bus to a different beach which was more lively and nicer sand. The disco bus is very handy as it goes to the main clubs and stops right outside the hotel. THE OVERALL HOLIDAY WAS AMAZING. The hotel was average (nothing great, but nothing to complain about), the whole Ibiza experience was great (you only use your hotel to eat and sleep for 1 week so it doesn't matter as long as it's reasonable) Strict security guards who tell you to be quite late at night, which is annoying when you're just having a laugh, but they're only being reasonable for other people in the hotel who would like sleep. Parents said they were woken a couple of times but nothing to complain about, you expect it a little when staying in Ibiza! ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAY!

“Great place - friendly staff”

Was a little apprehensive before arriving here due to some hair raising reports left by other visitors. I believe in saying it as it is so here goes!!
We arrived and were given a choice of different rooms according to our needs. we opted for a room on the second floor overlooking the pool which was modern and comfortable and the airconditioning worked a treat. The staff were both gracious and accomodating. It was the end of the season and the hotel was I'd say a quarter full if that but that didn't limit the choice of food and drink available. The All-Inclusive deal was excellent - plenty of food and drink and ice creams and strong coffee when needed. They did have a sign with regards to drinks per person but I had no trouble in ordering a round of drinks at any time.
There was plenty of variety in the food and the service was unhushed and friendly. The hotel itself is a 2 minute walk away from the West End and was peaceful without bieng boring. The main bus station to reach other parts of the island is about 5 mins walk away which makes it and ideal place . The hotel provided an entertainement member of staff who persevered every day eventhough we seldom did get up off the sunloungers to take part in any activities. The hotel was full of French people who had a great sense of humour and I think I tried to speak more French during my stay in ibiza than I did Spanish.
Truly a memorable holiday - I would certainly recommend and return to this hotel.

“Brilliant Hotel, Shame about the French.”

I was a little worried about the reviews written about our hotel prior to our holiday, but I can honestly say upon arrival all the negative reviews were all rubbish!

We were greeted and checked in by friendly reception staff, who we became very friendly with throughout our stay. They would talk/joke with us and one even gave us a fantastic restaurant to go to on our last night. 10/10 reception staff.
Our rooms were ready, clean and presentable with an excellent maid service everyday. The view from our balcony was Eden and Es Paradis and we did not hear any noise at night.
The Facilities in the hotel were good, the swimming pool was big and you could get sun loungers very easily. We played music by the pool everyday and we didnt get any complaints from the staff or other guests.
The food/buffet was lovely, a wide choice of foods and different themed nights made it interesting. As someone said in a previous review the Mexican night was by far the best! The bar was open from 10am-midnight and there was no difficulty getting drinks for myself and my friends at one time.

The only negative that I can think of about the hotel and it's facilities was the walls of our hotel room were very thin and could hear movements and conversations in the next room.

The biggest nationality in the hotel during our stay were French. They were the rudest people in the hotel to my opinion. They don't like the slightest of noise, anyone elses company or conversations. Their manners we awlful to other guests and also to the staff where they would demand drinks instead of asking nicely. They would bump past us to get into the lift, even though we were waiting before them.

Ibiza is amazing and a beautiful island and we were very sad to leave after 1 weeks stay and I would deinatley go back again. The hotel scores top marks with me and the rest of my 'party' and I would highly recommend it to friends and family.

“perfect hotel & location”

We have just returned from the Es Pla, i cannot find a single fault with this hotel, its the first time we have ever gone all inclusive, the food was outstanding, so much choice and fresh everytime, we loved it! this hotel is the cleannest i have ever stayed in the rooms must be freshly decorated as there was not one mark anywhere, the cleaniness is brilliant with housekeeping making beds, clean the bathroom/room with fresh towels everyday, infact the whole hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are so helpful and friendly, the pools were lovely although the pool round the back was too deep for my 12 year old so we stayed round the front in the smaller one, we would definately look to book this again. the location was perfect and only 100 metres to the shops, resturants, bars etc, please bear in mind this is san antonio and its young and a clubbers paradise, perfect for myself and my 22 yrs old daughter and my 12 yr old son, we loved it, i stayed round the otherside of the bay last time and didnt like it as much, dont take any notice of any bad reviews as people obviously havent done their homework before booking.
