The worst place i have ever stayed
Cockroach infested ,
No air con ,place was like a sweatbox !
Looks like the place hasnt been decorated for years and years
Not very clean and room smelt horrible
Patio door was a nightmare to open and close ,
The place is in desperate need of some money spending on it
Shame cos the location is excellent and all the staff were very friendly and helpful
But my stay ay The Florida ruined my holiday as i dreaded going back to the room to wash and sleep
Ive stayed in much better hostels for much less money
It was like a holiday from hell

i stayed at this hotel my first time in ibiza, its the most horriblest hotel iv stayed in the first nyt we got there we walked in and there was a massive cochroch on the floor so we got moved, the next morning my mate woke up to one on her arm! by this time we were fumin! we got moved again wich our rep sorted out but even still ther was no hot water and noone even friends not stayin in the hotel are allowed up! this has runined my prospective on ibiza but goin to go next year to a different hotel hope this helps xx

Good points-
*Great location! 2 blocks from the west end and bar M is just around the corner, where u get picked up to go to most of the clubs
*Maids came every day with clean towels and bed sheets
*Shop was literally just across the road
*We had a problem with our room and the receptionist was helpful
*The shower was amazing! really powerful!
*Food was tasty and reasonably priced

Bad points-
*No air con (it was roooooasssting!!)
*A lot of the rooms the balcony doors don't lock ( i should know i refused to stay in them and got moved a few times, each one had no lock, however room 206 does)
*No fridge which i should've expected but it was hard with water and trying to chill our drinks
*The pool was ok for the most part but the wee old bar man has some attitude problem and he duped my sister out of 50euros! turned out to be the most expensive 2 bottles of water ever!


All in all amazing holiday! hotel was bearable once u got over the initial heat stroke of ur room gettin ready at night! probably wouldnt recommend the hotel but ibiza is outstanding!!

Got back this morning, and before I mention the hotel, bear in mind, Ibiza is what dreams are made of! haha. Florida is in the PERFECT location, which means ALOT of noise at nights, but if your going for the nightlife like me and the girls, who cares? We werent gettin in til 7 in the mornin &any earlier &we were crashing out anyways. Shop RIGHT next door, theres no designated pool, but you literally have to walk out the door, walk a couple of yards and theres a lovely relaxed pool, you honestly can't complain.

On a few bad notes, theres ants, we even found some in our beds and cases, and we had a few bites. Maids came everyday, but we turned them away a few times because we were in bed. Our balcony door didnt lock ?! We had ONE Plug between THREE of us, (three girls) which was in the BATHROOM (wires laying in water).

NO AIR CONDITIONING, JULY IS BOILINGGGGGG.

Despite this, which does look bad, we honestly did not care, we were too wrecked to care about anything, we had a safe which was in reception, which is constantly watched, as there is 24 hour reception, whom are brillant, very helpful.

Not bad atall, if your there for the clubs and the madness of Ibiza, all you need is location and its PERFECT.

But if you seriously can't deal with a few ants, no air con & maybe a few problems then its not for you.
