To the poster below, obviously staying in a hostel like hotel in San Antoni in Ibiza would you really expect to have a great "quality time with family" in the #1 party place in the world?
Anyways, yes we too were duped into thinking we were staying in the actual Hotel Florida not the apartments across the street. However, this place was amazing, we were on the 4th floor, view of the strip below, the fountains, the beaches, the inlet and harbour, all for 30 euros a night for a 2 bed room. Room came with a kitchenette and was very clean. Balconies were a standard. Noise was high but that's what i was looking for. I was not there for a quiet night sleep, i was there to not sleep till the sun came up. It was a great deal, great place, met lots of really cool people ages 18-28 or so. Everyone wanted to party, got clean towels every single day. Amazing supermarket down below that is 24 hours a day and you can sit out front and even bring your own booze "discretely" and sit there and play cards or meet people. All in all a great deal and great location and would definetly recommend it if you are looking to party. The only down side actually were the beds, very uncomfortable, not that i slept much, but in our room you could feel the springs in the mattress on your back. In our friends room they were like new beds, so it's hit and miss whether you get comfy or not so comfy beds.

BE WARNED!! - make sure you book the hotel and not the apartments! - we booked with Thomson's and still got diddled!

The Hotel looks lovely in the photo's (and probably is) but they also have a sister building across the street which has all the apartments and it is the most disgusting place I have stayed (and I have been around!). The apartment building is on top of a busy restaurant which has it's extraction going into the building above - end result - the whole place smells and has a thin layer of grease!

The breakfast is very basic and mostly stale. and when we complained the manager shrugged his shoulders and said 'live with it'!

Steer clear - just in case!

Just stayed here for 8 nights, very clean, but basic hotel in the central of San Antonio. We were not expecting that much but were pleasantly suprised on arrival. We had requested a nice view from the balcony and that is exactly what we got. Our balcony overlooked the harbour with the beach and all the boats it was fantastic. The hotel can be slightly noisy, eg. the local noddy train runs past it in the mornings from about 10am and starts beeping its horn etc, but if you can get over that then I really recommend you stay here. We had friends all over San An and they were all so jealous when they saw our location- IT IS PERFECT. 50m from 24hr supermarket, 100m from lots of restaurants, 150m from the beach, 500m from bars and clubs. The hotel staff very friendly, the hotel restaurant is good too.
