Biggest problem NO AIR CON.. The room was unbearable NO fridge NO Tv..Yes cleaner went in daily but floor was filthy dirty and hair on it and didnt once change the bedding!!
The materesses are in need of replacement!! But I suppose you get what you pay for!! Wouldnt stay there again I am afraid

We didnt pay alot for this hotel so were pleasently surprised.
Very good location.
No air con which in the height of summer not good at all.
Cleaned every day.
No pool.
Very close to beach and West End.
Over all OK!!!

I have stayed at Florida many times over the years and if there is a better value hotel in Ibiza I will be very surprised.

It is ideally situated overlooking the bay, provides tidy rooms with excellent daily cleaning, has very friendly and helpful desk staff on duty 24/7, a good internet cafe and plenty of shops and supermarkets close by.

Ok it can be a little noisy at times but what do expect right in the heart of the clubbing capital of Europe ?????

Cockroach infested ,
No air con ,place was like a sweatbox !
Looks like the place hasnt been decorated for years and years
Not very clean and room smelt horrible
Patio door was a nightmare to open and close ,
The place is in desperate need of some money spending on it
Shame cos the location is excellent and all the staff were very friendly and helpful
But my stay ay The Florida ruined my holiday as i dreaded going back to the room to wash and sleep
Ive stayed in much better hostels for much less money
It was like a holiday from hell
