Great location to the beach, right on the doorstep. Went for 2 weeks, had a single room which for very small and had no balcony! Hotel itself was well looked after, bar staff weren't very friendly but the service staff in the food hall were always polite. I stayed half board, the food was very varied and plenty for everyone. Best go around 8 as the sruge of people at half 7 made things a little crowded. Most of the surrounding shops were closed when i arrived and things got quieter and quieter by the day, although i dont think i would of wanted to stay there in the hight of summer, i can imagine it would get rather noisy as it was very close to all the big club. Overal a lovely hotel great location, but only go in october if you want a very quiet holiday. Weather was fantastic and only had two cloudy days!

we have just returned from our 3rd visit to the Arenal, and we were not disappointed, we booked through low cost holidays and they gave a great price, everything was done on line, it was so simple and easy and saved us money. The hotel is in the best location we had a sea view.... wow what a view - the lady on reception called Eva was so helpful and friendly, we felt quite at home there - the food was good and plenty of choice - the room was spacious with plenty of cupboards and drawers etc, t.v a bit limited but hey you dont go on holiday to watch t.v just catch up on the news - it would have been handy if there was a washing line on the balcony as most hotels do have them these days - would we go back again - yes - we hope to go back next year - that says something - we met some good friends there and had a great holiday - even the weather was kind for us.

Me and my friend stayed at the Arenal Hotel, we went in october. we met a couple of nice people as alot of them in our hotel were old, and didn't smile much. The location of the hotel is excellent. the rooms are very big and roomie, the reception staff and resterant staff are friendly, although we didn't find the bar staff very friendly, The food is ok, but could be warmer, the beds are very hard, and uncomfortable, we made friends with a stag party in the hotel next door, that were more our age and had great fun, so i wouldn't advise you to o in october if you are younger than 50.

This year we returned to San Antonio for the third year in a row, and after staying at the Arenal's sister hotel, the Ses Savines, last year, we decided to return to the Arenal.

The Hotel Arenal is in an amazing location, being the closest hotel in San Antonio Bay to the town centre. When you exit the hotel you are no more than 10 steps from the beach, and if you turn right, you are a five minute walk from the centre of San Antonio.

The location of the Arenal, means that you are far enough away from the craziness of San Antonio town, yet close enough to the town to enjoy the craziness if that's what you're looking for.

Right next door to the hotel you have Linekers, Burger King, KFC, Pizza Hut, Bar Itaca, Ibiza Rocks Bar, and the Orange Corner Bar, and you are only a few minutes walk from Es Paradis and Eden, two of Ibiza's superclubs.

The Hotel itself is always immaculately clean with a daily maid service to refresh your room. The food is faultless and they always have a large buffet breakfast and dinner on offer, where you will find something to suit any taste, and the staff are always welcoming and friendly.

The rooms are fantastic with a 50/50 chance that you'll get a sea view, which is an amazing spot to watch the sunset, or the fireworks if you're there during the Feast of St Bartholemew in late August.

I thoroughly recommend this hotel to young, single travellers, and families alike... you won't be disappointed.
