We spent one week in this hotel in early August. The hotel was full of yound spanish families with kids. As we had no kids we ca not judge on the attention to the kids though the animation programme was rather weak.
Location excellent in a quiet area overlooking a nice bay and close to a walking / cycling patch to the Lighthouse along the cliffs. On the negative side there was not much around the hotel and one had to take the car to have some variation to the hotel routine.
The rooms are large, standard furniture, very good air conditioning; our room in the fourth floor on the side looking to the beach and the lighthouse was very calm; probably rooms in the first floor or looking to the pool could be less calm.
It is an "all-in". Food and drinks are abundant, unlimited, however the quality of the food should be improved. The restaurant in fact does not correspond to a 4-star hotel in terms of food quality, furniture, attention. Meals were served at spanish time, relatively late. It is highly recommended to go as soon as the restaurant opens so as to avoid peak hours which are particularly noise.
The pool good, well furnished. We did not experience the "rush" to get sun beds and parasols at the pool side. The beach very good, though narrow so not appropriate for those intending long walks.
Animation with significant margin for improvement.
To sum up, probably good for families with kids, not so much for adults
