We stayed for 1 night at Estalagem do Caramulo, because the Hotel was full, but I really liked these 2 days.
The place was very calm, nice rooms, good amenities and bathroom. The staff is very kind and helpful.
The breakfast is excellent, so the dinner. We had dinner in a beautiful living room with a great view to the valley and we were alone there....it was so nice!
They give you free access to the Spa Animacorpus (near the hotel) and you can use the pool&jacuzzi for free. But you can also buy a massage or a body/mind/face treatmenter.
The village was nothing else to do, no good restaurants, nothing to visit except the museums. It has many abandoned houses (the old sanatories) that look creepy at night.
If you like to walk, visit the mountain and Caramulinho.
