We stayed two nights here. On arrival in the afternoon, girl was clearly bored. No smile, a menu thrust under our noses to choose our meal that night, and then sent to our room. When i asked if there was a better room not facing the rundown laundry house, same disinterested girl said they were full. Strange because it didn't appear full at night with many rooms in darkness? Rooms clean but simple. We took half board. Meals were very disappointing. Too salty first night and second night venison was sludgy and mushrooms were coagulatingly cold. Packed lunches we requested were fine. Internet good.
Next day new girl on reception was very helpful. What a difference!
Hotel could be great, but let down in a few areas that should be easy to fix.
Room Tip: Ask for room facing lake.
