I stayed here for a conferance, and it was the worst hotel experiance ever. The staff was very rude. They wanted a copy of our passports, and would not give us them back for two days. The room was very dirty. The staff did not vaccum our room for the entire week we were there. The carpet was stained and lumpy. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked. Thin walls. The only good thing about this place is that the pool was well maintained.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at,. The rooms and facilities are extremely outdated and poorly maintained. I had a room on the third floor and the elevator was broken the entire visit. No staff was available to assist in carrying my luggage to the room. The room was large but was decorated in "homeless" shelter chic. The sofa was lawn furniture. The shower was a hose which sprayed water all over the floor. The bathroom was rusty and dirty. The youth pool and tennis courts were used for storage. Avoid this place!
To be fair, we didn't use all of the hotel facilities...I believe there is a pool on the property. However, during our two week stay in Sicily this was by far the most overpriced for the room we got - small, outdated, a bathroom with a leaking shower tray, stained carpet in the common areas...really not worth it. Very helpful staff however.
