We stayed at this hotel in july, and the accommodation in general is really nice, location and surroundings.
The atmosphere was really warm and gentle, that thanks to the crew that always let us feeling special and at home.
special thanks to Anna and Manuela, you are so sweet and professional, you let us feel part of your hotel, and always had for us a special word and you always understood our needs without complaining and always with modesty, you're great girls and your professionality is the best one we found in the last year. we can say and confirm that the reception is still the visit card of the all complex !!
We cannot say the same for the waiter/waitress, they were not nice, cold and sometimes we felt disturbing their duties with our request , they will need a training : customer contact training , how to react with the people.
The rooms/bungalows were pretty nice, actually up to our expectations, our family had a great time and we hope to see you again in the future !!!
