This is a lovely place for families looking for something to keep the kids entertained. There is something happening all the time, aquagym, baby dance, kids club, yoga, lottery, lots of different things. There are 2 sizeable pools, one of which is a kiddies pool. The clientele are predominately Italian and not being Italian speakers put us a a slight disadvantage(not understanding what was going on at the entertainment, kids not able to join in the kiddies club etc). However this didn't bother us as we like to spend time with our kids when we're on holiday as they spend the rest of the year in daycare. The desk staff speak good English but with the other staff communication was limited. It is not a particularly relaxing place though. There is loud music playing much of the day, meal times are hectic to say the least, it is almost a stampede to the buffet when the restaurant opens at 8pm(late for us with small children). The level of noise in the dining room is deafening at times, so not a place for those looking for a romantic dinner, this is predominately a place for families with kids. House wine and soft drinks/water are included in the dinner. The food is abundant and in our opinion of a very good standard considering the sheer volume of people being catered for(210 rooms with 2-4 people per room). The only thing I would comment on is that you need to be prepared to queue up for the warm food and be prepared to elbow or be elbowed at the starters tables. Breakfast is plentiful with something for everyone, however I did miss eggs. The entertainment staff are a young enthusiastic talented crowd who put their hearts and souls into their work. The rooms are very clean and spacious (even for families who have a 3rd and 4th bed put in) and are new and brightly furnished. There is plentiful parking a short walk away. Our only disappointment here is the beach. It wasn't really up to much we thought, and so we tended to drive to nearby beaches(Brandichi and La Cinta being our favoutites. These two also have toilet facilities). All in all a great family break.
