This is a 3 star hotel that will be renovated to a 4 star hotel this winter. I stayed in a really large room very comfortable but a little bit run down. Doors in room were without colour but room had a balcony with a pretty good view. Room was quite clean some dust under the bed... The best thing about the property was the nice lady receptionist that was very helpful gave excellent advice and helped me book a hotel in my next town i was planning on going to 5 star service from her. So with a refurbishment this winter this could be a hotel that is a nice place to stay in... But do not go here before renovation is finished.

Gentile ospite,
la ringraziamo per gli apprezzamenti rivolti al personale, all'eleganza dell'Hotel ed alla bellezza di alcuni angoli come quello con la Jacuzzi !
Mi spiace che non abbia trovato all'altezza la pulizia delle camere visto che raramente abbiamo avuto feedback negativi...Tuttavia c'è stato un cambiamento di personale e forse puo' esserci stata qualche "mancanza" della quale mi scuso personalmente.
Ad ogni modo tutto è stato già risolto ecco perchè la invito a venire a ritrovarci ! Faremo insieme la prova della "polvere sotto al letto" :-)

Grazie per averci dedicato qualche minuto per farci questi bellissimi complimenti !
E' vero..Fare colazione da noi è un po' come farla quando si torna a casa dalla mamma con il vantaggio di essere in un Hotel...Senza i sorrisi e le attenzioni di Elena e Tina la nostra colazione non sarebbe la stessa!
