I and my wife stayed at this hotel for three days. We loved our stay here. It is modern and its services are overwhelming. The staff take lots of steps to keep the customers comfortable. This is the most appreciable feature of this hotel. The location is central with beaches, shopping centers, restaurants, etc nearby. The old town is also close by. There are facilities like free internet access, not in the rooms though. You get parking facility too. Our room provided a good view of the sea and we absolutely loved it. The restaurant on the top floor serves good food. Try it if you happen to stay here.

I, my wife and our toddler stayed there for a couple of days. Our stay at the Albania hotel was a pleasant one. The friendly staff there were always ready to help us. Our room was spacious, clean and overlooked the sea. The location is also good. You can get to the nearby beaches, shopping arcades, swimming pools, restaurants, old town and the promenade. There are also some calm and quite private beaches here. The hotel is quite modern and offers good service and great food. You also get to access the internet from the lobby. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

There is parking at the hotel and the staff will help you out no end to get parked. Be aware that the spaces available under the hotel are resricted to maybe 6 cars. The access to the car park is very tricky but well secured. Parking is available outside the hotel but beware that in Italy they will park bumper to bumper.
The staff were all helpful and eager to please. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel and will visit hopefully very soon.
The beaches is Otranto are amazing, with golden sands but be aware it gets quite busy in August but if you want quietness then there are private beaches just by the lighthouse.
Loved every minute of staying in this great place.

Fairly Spartan room given the price (although could be good value for Otranto which is popular?). Nice reception area and underground parking is a bonus. It was the availability of parking that influenced our choice but be aware that the entrance is very tricky – not for the nervous or the large car and there is a limited number of spaces. I seem to recall that there was suggestion on some website that the rooms had a sea view but at check-in we were told that only the one suite had a sea view.
Although a fairly large room (110) it had no bath and poor storage space for clothes. Quite a useful set of shelves had been placed on top of the wardrobe apparently to make room for a makeshift desk. Two of the 4 bulbs in the room didn’t work and it was late on the second evening before they were replaced – it required an electrician to change a lightbulb! I didn’t mention that the safe wasn’t working either. The room was above the front door on a busy steet corner and,since the airconditioning appeared to have been de-activated we had to open the windows and let the noise in.
Breakfast was fairly basic but that was understandable in off-season. The restaurant was a lovely airy room on the top floor with nice views.
The location of the hotel is very good – close to the old town and the promenade.
Otranto is a nice town worth a couple of nights (we used the day for a side trip into Lecce) and we would go back However we would try a different hotel next time.
