I found this Agriturismo in 2004. Since then we've returned every year.
If that doesn't say enough!!!

The people are very kind and really go their way to give you a great service. Which isn't always easy as we sometimes travel with a group of 20 to 25 persons. They have been helpfull on various occasions: varying from mailing postcards, bringing extra beds, tourist information on the surroundings, getting lost luggage from the airport, etc..

I shouldn't forget to mention their kitchen. The owner is a good cook and knows how to prepare real italian food (most of the ingredients are home grown). I can hardly stop eating. He also knows some good restaurants in the neighbourhood.

The local surroundings are perfect for those who like to relax and enjoy "country life".
It is not a 5 star hotel, but life is certainly good at Holiday Residence.

The holiday residence is no 5 star hotel with full service, but a very beautifully set old italian farm that has been renovated to cater to travellers. There are about 20 apartments. Parts of the old sandstone walls have been integrated into the newly built apartments. This place has style. It's situated in the middle of the countryside, surrounded by thousands of cherrytrees and vineyards as far as the eye can see. You need a car if you want to stay there. The kitchen, which is not open all the time, serves real homemade italian meals and the fresh greens and fruit served is grown in the big garden and the surrounding fields. Through the owner we got to know and appreciate some of the best speciality restaurants in all of the province of Puglia. The homemade Limocello and Cherryliqueur are the best I have ever tasted. The wine made and served at the Holidayresidence is produced from "Primitivo" grapes grown on their own property and is a really fine,very typically tasting example for this grape. We often travel with a large group of people and it is not easy finding affordable accomodation where we can eat, drink and socalise together. The Holidayresidence is the Best place I found till now and I love the family atmosphere of this place. The owner has been helpful to us on many occasions. For everyone who wants to taste and experience Italy this place is an absolut recomandation.

We just returned from Italy.We are two families with teenagers 11 and 17.Unfortunately we stayed there only for a night . The residence is located in countryside and surrounded vineyards, olives, cherries and peaches trees. Only 1/2 hour from center of Bari by car.Owner is very hospitable. He is a good cook. You MUST have a diner in his restaurant without fail. Food served with very delicious vino dela casa which is produced by owner. And his homemade cherries liquor is fantastic. All of thees you can bay if you want (vine,olive oil,liquor).
There are tennis courts, swimming pool, children playground.
I would like return there again. I think in hight season it will be paradise on Earth

Someone else's used tooth-pick by the bed, someone else's fresh blood on the sheet, at the bottom, need I say more! Utterly disgusting. The room was dark, with odd, delapidated, old furniture, a calor gas heater, which was essential because it was freezing. We slept in our clothes and left first thing in the morning. The toilet seat was old, stained and ripped (the squashy plastic kind), the shower was filthy, the bath mat was perhaps green but was brown coloured with previous use. Breakfast was pre-packaged. The owner was very helpful with guidance on what to visit in the area, but that is the only positive thing I can say about the whole experience. By contrast, every other hotel in the area we visited on this trip was wonderful.
