At this money (41 euros for a triple) you don't expect much more than 3 beds squashed into a small space and a small but adequate bathroom. In those respects, we got what we expected but in other respects this hotel was not up to standard.
On the positive side, we were pleasantly surprised to find a satellite channel TV but disappointed that it didn't have the English channels boasted about on the notice affixed to the wall.
Also, we were able to gain access to the room at 2:00pm by paying by credit card and collecting a door code at a machine mounted on the external wall.
Another plus was the very cheap breakfast, which was effectively an all you can eat and drink cold buffet including cereal, yoghurt, bread, tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
On the negative side, the room was very badly cleaned: there were cigarette ends and a lump of unidentifiable substance in the toilet; the sink and its surrounds were obviously uncleaned; there was a puddle of water and an empty chesebox under the bed; there was some litter in the room.
Also, while the sheets seemed clean, the beds were poorly made.
We were woken at 2:15am by a group of people carrying out a loud conversation somewhere near the door to our room. Not only that but there were young children with them who were kicking a ball around, which occasionally hit the door! This went on for some time!
So, a mixed experience.
