About 3km from Dijon centre (worth a day of anyone's time, especially Musee des Beaux Arts/Ducal Palace), in what looks like a fairly new suburb, but easy to find and get to/from autoroutes. Enclosed car park so felt safe (gated at night - need code to get in).
Lack of reception staff at some times (detailed when you book) could be an issue, but there is the means to call someone if there's a problem.
Hotel looks to be very new; certainly everything is fresh and spotless. Rooms are relatively small - it is a budget hotel - but have all the facilities you would need, with well worked out spacing/placing of shower, toilet and sink. Lighting is good too - very versatile. Most (all?) rooms have a double bed and a single bunk bed; mattresses are relatively thin - not a problem for me but may be if you like them soft. There's limited hanging space.
Would be OK to drive into Dijon for dinner, although much seemed to be closed on Sunday. There is a decent restaurant in walking distance (see Restoriginal).
Breakfast is buffet style at a very cheap price (about 5 Euros) and with a decent range of options; if you want a cooked breakfast then go elsewhere.
This seemed to me excellent value for money at around 40 Euros for the room (and deals are sometimes available). I guess they're aimed at businessmen/travellers as you wouldn't want to stay for a long time, but great for their purpose.
